Application Process
To begin the application process, families are encouraged to arrange for a tour of the school and an explanation of our programs. Tours may be arranged by contacting the school office at (603) 669–3932. The following items are required for an application to be complete:
- Application / Registration form
- Original Birth Certificate
- Non-refundable $250 Registration Fee
- Signed Tuition Agreement [download tuition agreement]
- Physician’s Health Form to demonstrate compliance with the State of New Hampshire’s Immunization requirements [download PDF] or notarized Religious Exemption form [download PDF]
- Previous school recods (if available)
- Baptismal Certificate (optional) – if not already on file
All students are accepted conditionally for a 3 month period.
