Returning Student Registration

Families of current students may now register for the 2016-2017 Academic Year. Please attend to the following items which are required for a registration to be complete:
  • Registration Form
  • Non-refundable $300 Registration Fee – this fee is per family and paid directly to the school.
  • Physician’s Health Form to demonstrate compliance with the State of New Hampshire’s Immunization requirements or notarized Religious Exemption Form
  • Supported Student Form (if applicable)
  • Guardian Page 2016-2017 - (if applicable) Application/Registration Forms "Appendix A"
  • Copy of most current custody agreement (if applicable)
    • Note: the most current copy of the agreement must be resubmitted each year
  • Registration completed on FACTS
    • Tuition is managed through FACTS. You will need to create an account and then log-in to enter your pertinent financial information. Please visit the FACTS site to complete this.
    • The deadline for applying for Financial Assistance was March 1, 2016. This application must have been made through the FACTS site.
  • Please review the language of the enrollment contract/tuition agreement – 2016-2017 version.
    • Note, the above is for reference purposes. Families will review and sign a school-issued paper version of this form (sent home 4/22/15).
  • The 2016-2017 tuition rates are coming soon..
Remember, returning families can earn a $100 2015-2016 Tuition Credit for referring a new family that enrolls and indicates them as their referral.
