Fifth and Sixth Grade Field Trip

Montshire Science MuseumFifth and sixth grade traveled to the Montshire Science Museum in Vermont last week.

The students had an incredible time exploring the grounds of this museum and visiting  Sue, the 67 million years old T-Rex fossil. 90% of Sue was uncovered by a paleontologist in South Dakota 24 years ago!

During their visit, students took a couple of science classes. They learned about bridges and structures. The students were able to build their own bridges, explore with arches, and even assemble a Truss bridge.
