Second Annual Summer Camp a Huge Success

Thirty-seven very happy campers spent a week at SBA for the Second Annual Summer Camp, August 6 – 10! Students enjoyed every themed day including “Construction Day,” “Creepy Crawly Day,” and “Christmas in August.” They enjoyed a fabulous reptile show that included a beautiful Python and a very large lizard. On “Construction Day” they had a visit from an incredibly large front-loader truck from the city of Manchester, and then campers got to construct their own invention!! Of course, “Christmas in August” included gifts!

Fun time included water-play and crafts, a walk across the bridge on a nature hike, and games and activities. Parents and campers really enjoyed the week together and the camp leaders had a great time, too! Many thanks to parents and campers for their great support of our wonderful program and a special thanks to our great camp leaders:  Mrs. Gravel, Mrs. Johnston, Mrs. Connors, Mrs. Freethey, Gillian Gravel, and Mrs. Timpe!
