Third graders stretch themselves by taking on the challenges of chapter books in literature circles and more complex math concepts.  They begin to act as role models in the school community by setting an example for manners with cafeteria partners at lunch and prayer partners for church.  They help kindergartners learn to read by sharing picture books with their kindergartner reading buddies.
